The takeover of Hostellerie du Grünewald in 2017 by Aline Bourscheid and Clovis Degrave marks the rebirth of a century-old institution ideally located in Luxembourg's peaceful, leafy Dommeldange district.
Our establishment is rooted in a local tradition of hospitality to which we have added a design approach, combining artistic taste, uniqueness and a revitalising atmosphere. Today, Hostellerie du Grünewald is a sensually rich experience designed to offer guests a memorable time.

The hotel has 29 fully-equipped rooms and 5 suites, available on a nightly or long-term rental basis.
The establishment has two restaurants, a bistronomic table, a gourmet Chef's table and a uniquely designed bar.
Located in one of the greenest areas of Luxembourg City, the Hostellerie is close to the city centre, the airport and the Kirchberg business district.
